The Keyesville townsite is rare among California Historical Landmarks, in that it is privately owned, and has been for generations. Largely kept from the public eye, only on this site can you view actual pictures of the townsite, as well as it's history as one of the first golden keyestones in the foundation of the Golden State. Keyesville is one of the original 100 California historical landmarks.
